Nutrition and Health: Spanish Mediterranean Food aims to present and enhance the fundamentals of the Mediterranean diet culture from an applied point of view. Participants will have the opportunity to work directly in a professional kitchen under supervision of qualified staff.
The course will run next July 9th to 13th. All activities will run in English.
Fees are 300 euros per person.
